Getting Rid of an Unwanted Form

    I've got a partially completed form on my profile that keeps showing up. It is no longer relevant, but there does not seem to be a way to delete it unless I complete and submit the form, which is not what I want to do.

    How can I get rid of this partial, no longer useful, form?
