I love hockey and I used to live and breathe college football until the litigation started and in a futile effort to "make the game safer" the NCAA turned it into a soft game that :***:es can play. So now I'm more of a hockey guy.

Sports are pretty awesome. I'm a huge runner, but I used to swim and play rugby as well. The amount of hot guys in a sport is directly related to how icky and gross you get playing said sport, except for swiming and diving which just ignore that rule.

Bi, but I wanted to chime in too. I like high school basketball and college basketball. NBA-not a fan so much except for when Lebron is playing, so I hope he loses. I love college football, huge Michigan fan. I have a thing for senior quarterbacks in college and occasionally younger college dudes(hello Shane Morris). I love the NFL too. Played baseball from t-ball to high school and love watching my alma mater play(both high school and college). Love the Tigers. Love the Wings and U-M in hockey and my college just got a team. I like most of the main sports except for golf, soccer, and certain Olympics sports. I do like the the bobsled, luge and curling though. Yeah, pretty much a sports nut. I love watching ESPN classic when they have old baseball games. I don't care if it is just me and 10 other people watching. LOL.

We did have a cross country team when I first started college, but the program got cut. There was this one guy though, wow......His face wasn't even that hot, and he wasn't popular. But his hair and butt, man...

I don't really like playing or watching them. Hockey is tolerable to watch.

I suck at playing team sports, and I don't have the attention span to watch them - I'd rather watch paint dry.

However, I do enjoy hiking, swimming, and Muay Thai, probably weight training too if the gym doesn't have 'roided up curlbros there hogging the equipment.

Although i'm by no means an expert or good in sports

I actually learn to appreciate the value of physical exercise over time which I why I try to learn as much as I possibly can about the sport itself

I used to be a skilled runner and tennis ball player :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:.....since I started working I've begun to wear out :frowning2:

Not interested. I somewhat enjoy watching soccer/football (not American football, which I can't stand). The Tour de France has been on so that's fun to watch, and occasionally my dad will be watching tennis tournaments, which are interesting. But I'd prefer Netflix to any of these.

It's kind of an addiction, particularly hockey and football.

    Ha ha, not at all.

I like baseball and the Indians a lot, but the Sabres and Bills are on a different level for me.

I think sports are fun, but from about 8 to now, my fear of how I look when playing them has affected my ability to ever be good at it.

I always proclaimed I hated it, but it was just the fear of how I look or failing that I reallyhated.

I never got to be good at any sport except volleyball and badminton in high school PE. Because they only involved minimal running and shooting across from one side to the other, I got to do well and enjoy without any fear. I wish I'd done more...

I guess the mainly US based readers can envy our support for the community overall because the USA has health insurance for the wealthy only and they are not the only ones who would be jealous of our universal Medicare system. On your dislike of team sports I would challenge you to provide the evidence of your assumptions however since it's patently obvious that it's your own lack of interest/ability that feeds your dislike and you should check your facts about how the funding of sports helps, reduce crime by providing at risk of crime and other social issues to having an outlet and incentive to be a part of society and the focus on overall fitness all of which reduce the tax burden on paying for hospitals by way of reducing the incidences of presenting to hospital

    Sure do.

But I take comfort in the fact that the Cowboys currently have one of the most overrated QB's in the league along with an atrocious salary cap situation, thanks to their incompetent owner.

I'm a huge sports fan. My life pretty much revolves around soccer; I've played the sport competitively for close to a decade. I'm also a huge football fan too. Notice the picture?

Looks like we could start a "we hate the Dallas Cowboys thread" in the fall.
