Gay Guys: how do you feel about sports?

im gay, and i was on a nationally ranked junior hockey team. We were #1

 

Though I'm considerably younger, I've definitely warmed up to sports recently, especially soccer. It might have been because my parents introduced me to soccer when I was five, and it was hectic, certainly not a planned introductory session, and I was pretty badly cut and bruised on the leg, or at least it was bad for a five year old.

Eleven years later, I felt like my life was dependant on Germany beating Argentina. :lol:

So yeah, I'm pretty fond of some sports.

 

There's something about basketball that really makes me uncomfortable. I'm fine with playing other sports and I was an athlete back in high school and played Arnis (which is a Filipino Martial Arts).

 

i used to hate it entirely, and thinks that it's some hypermasculine cult haha.

i still won't watch sports.

though i dont know how to play either, maybe i can be taught LOL.

 

Even women's soccer?

 

Soccer is fun to watch. Baseball is boring as shit. Football is meh. Hockey is nice when they get into fights. Boxing is cool. Wrestling is either fake or boring.

 

I love Baseball and Hockey, The rest are boring to me.

Well, I like Wii sports...
Other than that, jogging, and watching hockey I hate all physical activity.

 

I don't watch sports, and I'm not really into athletic guys, but I did play a number of sports during high school.

Love playing sports. Any sport.

Hate watching sports. Boring.

 

I only like to watch some basketball, baseball, and tennis. Nothing else to me really seems interesting :/.

 

Annoyed.. Its really boring to watch sports, I would rather just count the number of dots on my ceiling or something

 

I don't really have much of an interest in watching sports, or playing team sports. I do enjoy solo sports such as running, triathlons, swimming, cycling.

 

I have season tickets for our local ice hockey team. So take that for what it is worth.

 

I have lost so many nights of sleep just from looking forward to football so much. And I haven't missed Our local high school football game since I was 5. Over 200 consecutive games, baby!

 

I like watching football (soccer), pretty much everything else is boring for me.

I love running I have two 10K races on in september-October and ten i'll be training for ahalf-marathon on february. I also enjoy swimming. I just love the feeeling of betaing your own times and slowly improving.

Also did some martial arts and enjoyed them. Is Latin dance an sport??

 

I ride my bike 100-200 miles a week, play racquetball 5 days a week, and do two workout routines per week of about 2.5 hours duration. Also wrestle when I can find someone who will. You guys don't know what you are missing. (!)

Watching other people do it is less interesting, but I watch some basketball games, and the major bike tours on TV.

 

I eat, sleep, and breathe sports. Ask me about my favorite teams and players...I'm always up for a sports chat.
