It's been a long time since I've last posted, but I got my bloodwork labs for testosterone done recently. All I need to do now is get them approved by a doctor so I can start on T...

But there's one problem. The clinic I got my labs at was near my uni, and due to some mental health stuff, I'm temporarily withdrawing from it. I don't want to wait 2-odd years just to start T. Where do I find a doctor that will be able to help me in my area? (Note: I'm in the Bay Area right now.)

Well I just did a quick search of Google using the terms LGBT friendly doctors + your area and it delivered some good results. Best advice is to ask first, but it looks like you have options.

This might be an option of last resort if you can't find anything anywhere else. It's the TransHotline - generally for people in crisis but if you have no where else to turn...

Also, university health centres are sometimes more likely to have doctors trained in transhealth.
