Oh man. I love meat. I need lots of meat. So a stir fry with fried rice and pretty much any meat is all the simple perfect bliss I could ask for in a meal. Also, I love hot sauces and enjoy trying out lots of different kinds of spices. Just had a bottle of Death Tears hot sauce and I gotta say these sauce companies are reaaaaaaaally overdramatic with their titles
Mexican food is seriously soooo good in my opinoin. I also really like pan pizza. But chocolate is the best of course!

so, I'm bringing three portuguese traditional (or somewhat) dishes... Tripas à moda do Porto - roughly translates to: Oporto fashioned entrails (not nearly as disgusting as it sounds... it actually has a pretty good and strong taste, also smells divine) Bacalhau (codfish) à Gomes de Sá - a classic Francesinha (probably my all-time favourite national food - created and better made in Oporto city, as well, where I live) over the years, it has gained several versions (including: seafood, chicken, etc...) but the trick is in the sauce and it is said that no sauce is equal... personally, I've always like mine better than anyone's. if you ever visit Portugal and stumblr uppon some snack bar of sort, I'm positive they serve this dish... it's a national treasure!
I've always been really into Asian food. I'm open to pretty much everything, but as a vegan, the abundance of tofu, tempeh and other vegetarian foods in is really nice. Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Nepalese, Viet/Thai, I've liked all the dishes I've had.
Romen from actual restaurants would be favorite not the boxed kind. Anything that is spicy and that is healthy.
