2 terms as the Democrats dont understand why they lost last time and havent changed.
They think they can beat Trump using the same tactics, ideology and policies as last time and I dont see that changing any time soon.

    A term is 4 years?

Its been less than a year and he's already created so much commotion, so I dont think so. Maybe a year or two, but not the full 4.

I have no idea. Based on a lot of stuff he's been doing lately, maybe just one term, but then again before the election, some are making fun of him and never thought that he will be the next president, but then he won so it's hard to tell.

Political predictions are a dangerous game these days.

I hope he resigns during his first term. He is lazy, undisciplined and whatever dislike you have of Mike Pence, at least Pence would give reassurance to the entire world about America's intentions and make policies coherently and have clear lines of communication.

I think what will determine the length of his tenure is more likely to be whether he gets sick of it - he clearly doesn't enjoy the presidency. But I imagine he will bumble along long enough to face the next campaign, because validation of his ego is something he really enjoys, even if it comes at the cost of having to appear to try to govern.

^^ That is my thinking, he will bully and whine his way thru a single term just to save face and say he accomplished something great. Unless he gets in party line and does what all the republicans want, he isn't going to get anything done.

    One term
Too many on both sides of the Congressional aisle never expected him to win, hate him for winning, hate him for being Trump and will thwart every attempt he makes to get anything done.

I honestly doubt he'll make it all 4 years of this term. If he isn't impeached then he'll likely just drive this country into the ground.

I don't think he will last much longer. He clearly has no clue how to run a country. I keep waiting for someone to yell out "you're fired!". Makes me happy I'm Canadian.

I cannot picture him in a second term; I know that he must give the appearance of desiring a second term, of being completely undaunted and ambitious, but it seems clear to me that the presidency is not what he thought it would be (assuming that he ever even truly wanted it in the first place). Blast is correct about the Democrats' disconnect with the voters, but after the blunder with Hillary and the exposition of their quasi-conspiracy against Bernie Sanders, I can only hope they'll put forth a stronger candidate and show that they've learned from their mistakes.

I do not foresee him finishing the four year term.

He'll either get impeached or assassinated at this rate.

I'm still not convinced of his true nature and think he was working as a Democrat shill to get Hillary elected but ran a campaign that actually appealed to a lot of people.
When his popularity became tangible He cast off his own doubts about himself becoming POTUS and let his ego run wild hiring some of the most controversial people to ever identify with the Republican party and look how well that has turned out leading me to believe he is still favoring a moderate centrist Democrat platform in private.

If he even makes it out of his first term he won't be re-elected with the numbers he has. He may even face a primary challenger, which spells doom for any incumbent president. There's quite a bit of buyer's remorse among the originally undecideds who for some reason broke for Hitler Trump last fall.

It will never cease to amaze me that there were enough racists in enough parts of the country to get him elected.

I hate to say it but I think somehow he will end up serving 2 terms. The democrats don't have their shit together. Unless they can get Biden or Sanders as the democratic candidate then we could get him out in 2020 but I just don't think it's gonna happen.

Hopefully no more than one term! I am sick of hearing about Trump's wall or his golfing habbits... (I meant to say something else but didn't want to offend any Trump supporters).

I hope the moron doesn't get back in. He's either oblivious to the destruction he causes, or just doesn't care. I don't have that much "faith" in people to fix it however. The man seems dumber than me, and much of the crowd just as bad. Not ideal for a position of leadership.
That is to say... Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large numbers.

I hope to be out of the country before the next term regardless, but there's still a lot of people I care about to be effected by the damage he reaps.

And on the subject of assassination... he sure is good at riling people up, but if they go for him they better take Pence too. Not that I encourage violence, it's just that frying "Chaotic Neutral" will leave us with "Lawful Evil" if you know what I mean. Which could be even more dangerous.

I'd like to see his presidency end as soon as possible, but who can say how things will pan out? Many people are predicting his impeachment, but I'm not so sure about that. Politics is highly unpredictable at the best of times and this is not the best of times.
