Do You Have To Hide That You Go On EC?

yes, i have to hide when i go on here because my parents wouldn't approve.

 

I have to hide it too. I'm not out to my parents so whenever they are around me I open some new tabs like facebook. But I think even if they would see EC they wouldn't know what it is
But I have my own laptop so I don't have to delete my history.

 

I'm not out to anyone (my parents believe in arranged marriages--i.e, my older brother), but there isn't really a problem going onto EC since my laptop lives in my room.

 

I have my own laptop and not linked to anybody else's and I create many emails and clear history. I'm really, really careful as to what other people see on my laptop. That's a no, nobody does know about me being on here. My parents would be angry.

 

I haven't told anyone that I'm questioning, so no one knows about the forum. I'm very private about what I do online so I'm extra careful about coming here. I mainly read posts on my phone, when it's easier to hide what you're doing than on a computer.

I don't know how my parents or friends would react if they read some of my posts on the forum, but I'm too afraid to find out.

Yes, usually but it's not difficult to hide since I have my own computer. If someone were to come into my room, I just go on a different tab. lol.

 

My family isn't good at English so even if they see me browsing EC they have no idea what they're looking. Hell, they don't even know what 'closet' is in LGBT, non-literal sense!

 

with my family yes... even though in my personal laptop, my family knows no privacy. When i put passcode on my iPhone they accuse me of hiding explicit picture in it which is a total crap...

But with my friend i'm not really hiding it anymore. They once saw me replying wall messages on my phone.

 

Yeah I do the same, people think I just spend my time staring at Google, my email and Facebook. :lol:

Although they do suspect I'm hiding something sometimes.

Not at all, I don't really care if my mum sees what I'm doing on my computer or not. I'm sure she's seen what I've been on a few times but she never really comments on it. Normally, she might make a comment on how fast I'm typing(since I only use a couple of fingers to type) but that's pretty much it. I don't think she wants to talk about LGBT stuff with me anyways since she still feels like "it's not your cause" or whatever...

 

I try hide it but also sort of hope that people see it on the "most visited" section of a new page on firefix. I never erase history becuase ofi t.

 

Not really. My mom and grandma (who I primarily live with) don't really give a crap about my sexual orientation. My dad isn't so okay with it, but he's in denial so even if I was literally making out with a girl right in front of him he'd probably pretend not to see it and never bring it up.

 

Yes! Nobody knows that I use this site. If I'm using the family laptop, I always delete my browser history that is related to this site. I don't delete everything though, since that might cause suspicion. I only delete history related to this site. I use Google Chrome, so it's very easy to delete specific browser history.

 

I don't have to hide it, but I'd be a little embarrassed if my family saw the stuff I write about on here. It's not that I haven't told them, I just would be embarrassed because I write about some private things on here that I wouldn't really care to share with family or friends.

Yes, I get so panicky though when trying to close the tab, so my Mum's wondering what I've been on. It's none of her business and I tell her that.
