I don't know if anyone else gets this, but occasionally I can see that I've had a reply to a private message, the time it was sent, etc., but I can't see the actual message on the conversation. There's also no notification. It takes roughly an hour for the message to appear and seems to happen when a conversation has gone on for several pages. I don't know what's causing it or whether it's fixable, but thought I'd let you guys know.
It now appears to be taking up to 10 hours for messages to be visible to the recipient. Any ideas what this is?
That's strange, it's not happening to me at all. I was online when I got a PM yesterday and it showed up instantly with no delay - it was on the second page of the PM conversation too.
Hello there! Sorry for the late reply. The staff are aware of an issue that might occasionally cause some PMs to take longer to reach the recipient. Apologies for any inconvience! The good news is that in almost all cases they’re just delayed and not lost in transit or anything like that. If you’ve sent a PM and it’s taking an inordinate amount of time to deliver, feel free to tell us about it in Ask The Staff and one of us will see if we can help you out.
