It would only keratinize if the foreskin stays pulled back from the head. It has to be exposed to air and be dry before it would keratinize. As long as your foreskin covers the head, it will not keratinize.

No, what we're saying is that you're having pain and when you have pain, you should see a doctor to determine if there is something to be concerned about. While we can give you possibilities of what might be causing the issue, it's really your doctor who can examine you and determine a proper diagnosis.

KaraBulut, from my own experiences I can say that it indeed can feel really painful at first. And not in a "too good" way. But as I said that faded relatively quickly as soon as I started um .. "caring" for it. His doctor said there is no infection, could there be any other reasons for an extreme sensitivity? So far for *me* it sounds normal, especially since it seems agfv just recently started exposing the glans.

I don't have personal experience with it but I always err on the side of caution.

If he has a urology consult, I would say to keep the appointment and that way he has the peace of mind of knowing that he got the opinion of a specialist.

My issue was really bad. It was so tight I could not pull back or anything. At least you can stretch it out, because if you can pull it back already you should be fine. I would just check up with a doctor/urogilist just in case
