Hi there. I assume that I'm a gay guy after a long period of thoughts and questions. I was googling some sites where I can talk about this and learn ways of coming out and I found this one. Every help is greatly appreciated. Perhaps I can make new LGBT friends here.

    Best regards,
    Duke.

    Welcome to EC!

It's a friendly place and I'm sure you'll be able to find support in coming out. Take a look at the Coming Out Advice section.

    Hey man
Welcome and nice to meet you. I've never come out to family, but I tell my friends that I'm gay. I started telling my closest friends some time after I got 18. I was afraid people would have treated me bad, or that they would have thought I'm weird, but instead they're all been very supportive  I think you should speak with your closest friends, and telling what you feel.
I'm from a family of kinda homophobic people, so I'm still afraid to tell them, but it's something that I will do if I ever meet a nice guy with whom I wanna share my life

I'm in a similar situation... a very small amount of people know that I am bisexual and it's difficult for me to cope with learning about myself just as well as learning who to communicate with. I find that I have trust issues from previous relationships and it's hard to know who to trust with my information. It is also very hard to find girls to date in high school.
