so I’m 21 and just started college, I’ve just began talking to this boy I really
Like and we’ve had anal sex about 4 times already. The first time we did it ( which was unexpected ) I showered right after and noticed some little bumps just around and inside my anus. I wasn’t concerned at first but after doing some research I learned they could possible be HPV. I’ve been with guys and hookups before in the past 3 years but I’m concerene with this. Where do I go what doctor do I see and how do. I tell my potential bf? We’ve done it 4 times and I’m afraid it’s too late but I haven’t done it since discovering it could
Be HPV. The bumps are light colored and only itch when touched.

HPV should look like a wart, not a smooth bump. It also takes weeks or months for the wart to appear after the infection. I suggest it's more likely to be your hemorrhoids are inflamed from you being penetrated. I would suggest laying off the anal sex for a few days and if they go away, that's probably it. If it's still there, then go see a doctor.

It isn’t smooth it’s a little rough. It does look like a wart.

If in doubt, seek medical attention. I know that seems like fairly standard advice, but it's the best advice you'll get.

If it was HPV, you wouldn't have noticed the bumps right after the sexual act with an infected partner, however, if you've had other partners, you could have got infected by one of them. You should get it checked, better safe than sorry, and it's important that you know so you don't transmit a disease to any future partners. Any general practicionner usually knows how to recognize and diagnose STDs.
