    Ok... so I was looking around the different parts of the board and want to know what adding people to your Buddy List does besides put a little "+" by their name... Does it have any specific purpose or is it just for you to "keep track?"

    According to the FAQ (typed "buddy" in the search):

    So it doesn't do that much really.
