So the spring season is upon me, and the temperature is rising, which is great except for one thing: binders. It get really hot and sticky with a binder on. Anyone have tips on better binders for the summer? Do strapless binders work well? All advice is welcome

The binder I have (my primary one) has a mesh like back to it, keeping me well ventilated and keeps sweat problems away from the most part. I'm not sure about strapless ones, but maybe wearing lighter clothing could help move more air around you so you don't get too warm while wearing one.

Know its not my thread but...
Do you think a sports bra (if you can pull one off) would be better on hot days than a binder?

Hi! I'm not familiar at all with binders, but I figure baby powder would probably be a good tool to keep the sweaty goodness to a minimum. When I go for long runs on hot summer days, I always throw a bit in my socks.
