    Honestly, for me personally, I feel I have no particular advantages or disadvantages to being LGBT. That's just me though.

    Having gay sex doesn't lead to pregnacy. Also not having to live under the strict guidelines and rules of masculinity.

    The only one I can think of is no pregnancy, but if I was straight, I'd still be a lonely virgin, so I can't really count that one. I don't have to worry about it either way. *forever alone face*

    Just the sheer learning it's given me, what with trying to figure out my sexuality. It's also given me something to fight for, something to educate people on, and has helped me see multiple perspectives on things.

    Not having to worry about pregnancy. Also, I feel that it has made me a more open minded, compassionate person. I'm not sure how I would have turned out if I had been straight, but I like the person I am, and my experiences as a gay person have helped shape the person I am.

    The freedom to be me. I can go watch a "chick flick" by myself or light a couple scented candles and take a bubble bath. Straight guys really can't do stuff like that because they are afraid of being perceived as "less manly". I can do stuff like that because really what are people going to do? Accuse me of being gay? Yes, yes I am now hand me that candle over there.

    Well I identify as agender and am possibly demi-pan/grey ace.

    The advantages to being agender is that you really don't give a crap to what people identify you as. Sir? Sure. Miss? Whatever. As long as you know I'm human then it's allgoods. Plus, it's fun as hell confusing people with my gender :3

    The advantages of being demi-pan/grey ace is that you can hang out with people and not have the annoying cliche of falling for a co-worker or classmate. I can appreciate beauty but we have to be really good friends I think for anything to even get anywhere and that makes any relationship I might go into, a lot stronger because we'll have that strong foundation of friendship already.
