What's your favorite thing about being Bi ?
I can see someone, not be sure whether they're male, female, or even trans, but find them attractive either way.
I lean towards gay but from previous experiences, there is something special about being able to have had relationships with both sexes like I have....there is no Shame in it at all. I like being different....
Noticing a beautiful smile I love holding a woman, soft and gentle to the touch. I feel safest when I hold/am held by a woman.
There's that joke that bisexuality doubles your chances of a date on a Saturday night. There's a lot of truth in jest, too. I hate to say it but it gives you more options and expands the field of who can relate to, spend time with, and have sex with. An important thing is not to get things muddled and not string someone along if all you're interested in is being friends. Especially if it's friends with benefits.
What about you?
The fact I can love anyone and be happy with either
With being bi, you have innate empathy for either sex, and can take their perspectives rather easily. You're not threatened by interests in some things traditionally relegated to the opposite sex, but simply understand and accept the attraction...
What you mean ?
I think he means you can embrace the masculine and feminine qualities in yourself and not feel you have to abide by some set of standards the same way. So a straight guy might feel like he needs to be masculine all the time, whereas a bi man would feel more comfortable expressing his feminine side. Or vice versa.
It was only late in life that I recognized and accepted that I was bisexual. Once that acceptance came, so much of the inner turmoil and confusion that had haunted me began disappearing, replaced by a sense of inner peace I had never known before.
Actually I do have a very feminine side
Ehm, I don't felt/let the peerpressure dictate how to behave like my straight
classmates from TV&cinema, who where unrealistic half of the time?
Other than the obvious stuff, not much.
Not having to change pronouns when singing your favorite songs.
Ok maybe not but definitely a perk
I kind of consider myself open to love, so I don't really care whether that's with a female or a male.
