    (competitive swimmer here: try "flyes." Maybe you already know these? I remember being shocked when I noticed the difference these make. Basically, you're on your back on the bench with your hands straight up holding dumbbells (or heavy stuff. start out with something easy, maybe like 15lbs) and you kind of do photosynthesis from that one spongebob episode except don't move your legs. Try googling how to do them :icon_bigg The reason they're so good is they don't use your triceps)

    Can beauty be quantified?
