I, personally, see NOTHING wrong with men or women who have stretch marks. What are your opinions? Would they keep you from dating someone? Would they keep you from having sex with someone? Even if they had them everywhere?
Again, it wouldn't stop me. But everyone has differing views.

It wouldn't stop me, by the time I'm seeing someone naked I will have already decided that I'm going to have sex with them. I hope people aren't shallow enough to judge people on stretch marks since they can be hard/impossible to prevent and I have them all over my back and lower abdomen.

The only people they're a dealbreaker for are the sort of people you don't want to be with.

While it's no turn-on, I can look past it, it's nothing they can control.

I have them, so I hope not. Personally, I'm more attracted to personality.

I sure as hell hope people aren't shallow enough to not want to. I have them, and its not something you can really prevent.

I'm overweight so I have them...

I would hope people arn't shallow enough to have that be a deal-breaker. I love a person for their personality, looks are just a bonus, not a requirement

  11. I just assumed everyone had them. Could not even care less as it seems to be a condition of having skin.

I think most people have stretch marks; it's normal. If someone were to have a problem with it, then it's their problem, and they're limiting their dating pool considerably.

Although, I can provide good news to everyone who has them. The older you get the more they - and scars - tend to fade. You can barely see or notice mine now.

Most people have them, so you'd have to be pretty dang picky to avoid it. I'm one of the lucky few who doesn't.

Why would a minor physical trait almost everyone has be a dealbreaker?

Doesn't matter to me in the slightest. I thought everyone had them. I have them very minorly on my hips/lower back.

I used to worry about the same thing myself years ago. I have some on my lower back and even on my stomach.

Been with my boyfriend for over a year now, and he's never even said a thing about them. IMO, only the most shallow of people wouldn't date or be in a relationship with someone solely because of stretch marks....

I have stretch marks, though I am thinner then I used to be and they aren't nearly as noticeable as they once were. Much as many of my issues with appearance, I never cared about them until now that I'm starting to transition and I'm getting self-conscious about them.

    A million times this.
