I think you should experiment with women's clothing, even at home alone
The odd thing is that even though I am a trans guy, I like women's clothes, but it makes me uncomfortbale to wear them, especially in front of others. So... reading(looking at pics in them) magazines about fashion totally does it for me. I think it's failproof for anyone. Tbh even when I wore more feminine clothing, not everything that I liked fitted me, so it's not only you feeling this way.

I love how women’s clothes makes me feel even if it’s just a top and jeans. I have bought women’s clothes so I have a few bits and peace’s but never get the time to wear them even at home. I also struggle with woman’s sizes and have no idea what would look “right” on me.

I think every woman has the same problem when she begins to pay attention to what she wears. It's a tough job to look stylish. It takes practice.

 When I was new to men's clothes, it took a bit of trying on to get familiar with the sizing, so don't give up. But to be honest, the same is true for everyone at some point  I was much more into fashion as a teen and had the same kind of problem.

Thanks for the advice . So what kind of fashion are you into now?

I put effort into dressing like a guy , lol. So mosty I have jeans and dudeish tees, cargos, hoodies, but also smarter clothes like shirts, sweters and suits. Jogger type pants are a cool thing. But I fancy a dress sometimes too, especially during summer holidays. Ha , I have to take out my combat boots, because it's the right weather for them, and they are buried deep in the wardrobe.

I’m king of forced to wear the cargos, hoodies and boots cuz of my job and I think that that makes it hard for me because they are “manly” clothes and I don’t want to feel “manly” all the time :/. I do like a good pair of combat boots though lol very punk/rocker. I’d love to wear a dress in the summer.

Oh that sucks that you have to wear that at work. Doesn't help feeling right at all, does it? One trans woman friend of mine paints her nails to feel more feminine. Even if the nail polish is hidden in socks and boots, it helps her feel better. Similarily about skin care. She has a job like that too.

Rock fashion is quite androgynous

No it feels like I’m being forced to be someone I’m not 24 7. Painted nails isn’t a bad idea plus it’s hidden so no one will ever know. I have started shaving my legs and removing some of my body hair which is really helping me. Plus I brought a new top (And a Christmas jumper) online last night so hopefully that will make me feel better lol. I have always struggled to look androgynous in rock clothing considering that’s what I like to wear most of the time.

Thank you! I'm quite relieved that it's done actually. It's one more hurdle down out of the many hurdles before med school. From now on I just have interviews, though that depends on whether or not I'm even invited for any. They're essentially job interviews, you see. Later on in June I have the A Levels. From what I can tell you're English so I'm guessing I don't need to explain that to you?

As for you, I know what that's like. I go through quite a lot of it too. If you ever need to talk about it, feel free to drop in a message on my profile. Talking can go a long way in releasing pent-up feelings.

Hey there, I'm currently questioning if I'm trans or genderfluid or something, so I think I qualify. I'd love to chat.

    Hey
I’m at that point as well and it’s a hard thing to have to deal with. I’m always up for a chat so feel free to ask me anything or vent at me or what ever you like

Well, I suppose I'll start here. I have no clue whatsoever to my sexuality besides "not-straight" and I feel like a man and a woman at the same time. I'll be honest, it's frustrating to say the least. What about you, anything you need to vent?

Tbh that is exactly how I feel. I can change day to day. One minute I’m happy just being a guy the next I’m crippled by wanting to be a girl.

Be who you want to be. Who cares what others think I sure don't. If you feel like a guy one day and a girl the next day embrace how you feel.
