I really would like to know what the people opposed to homosexuality were thinking when they read this. That letter doesn't leave much room for argument, does it?

This is an awesome letter, and it doesn't detract from the agenda by resorting to pointing fingers at religion, it just aims to stop hate, which is a good thing.

Beautiful letter. I'm glad it was posted, even if it is a couple years old. It is more than worth the read.

Amazing letter! If this combination of words and written thought were to become tangible, a physical tool with which to break down people's ignorance, oh the walls that would fall!

When eloquence fails me and I am trying to get through to someone, I will present this letter and hope that it can speak the words for me.

I have also seen this before - it obviously has been around for a while.

That doesn't detract from the fact that it is totally and absolutely brilliant.

Oh hell. I think I just cried a little.

I absolutely love this. Kudos to the woman who wrote it. Even if it is a couple years old, it's one hell of a read.

Very touching letter, it makes me happy to know that there's people like her out there.
But it's a shame she had to write that letter in the first place..

Very emotional but beautiful letter. I get angry at the people the letter addresses. It's very sad, though, that many people who read it choose to shut their eyes and ears. . .:frowning2:

Wow, I hadn't seen that. It's so excellent on so many levels. Into the second paragraph I was like, IN YOUR FACES BITCHES!!!

Yes, I'm that kind of person.

Thank Goddess there are moms out there that are strong enough to not only support thier gay kids, but back them, stand up for them and put these "godly" people in thier place (which in my opinion won't be in thier heaven). I hope to be that eloquent if I ever am in a position to need to stand beside (notice I didn't say 'stand behind') Jazz.
