Don't use anything that's not meant to be put up there (Deodorant cans, pens, markers, vegetables...) 'cause they can easily get stuck up in there and lost, and then you'd have to go to the hospital to get it removed, which isn't worth the risk, or worth the small amount of time of fun at all. If you don't have access to lube, then for fingering purposes you're completely fine using body lotion or vaseline or something like that, or even just water while you are in the shower (it isn't very practical anywhere else as it will dry too quickly). Neither are suitable for toys or actual sex because oils in lotions and vaseline break down the material dildos and condoms are made of, and water is just impractical, but it is fine for fingering.
