Acceptance of Your Sexuality Is Freedom!

Yes, exactly the same happened to me when I finally came out to myself. At first I was jolted by my emotional response when I imagined closeness, intimacy and romance with a man but I learned very quickly to let the heteronormative roadblocks in my mind crumble..the resulting feeling is like uncorking a bottle, acceptance, freedom, sexuality, masculinity and sexual energy all wrapped in to one...

 

This is so well said. Once past all that heteronormative brain washing and truly embrace your homosexuality the liberation is incredible. As I got past the ridiculous societal implanted idea that I needed a woman in my life and was able to emotionally and sexually embrace being with another man my vista opened up to the amazing possibilities.

 

It was a huge weight off my chest when I came out to myself. I feel my stress level has really lowered. I'm happy with the new me
