I have synesthesia too. For me though, numbers and letters have colors, personality, and gender (6 is red and she's very maternal). It definitely helps me with math and spelling, but then people ask my secret for memorization and I'll be like "well the numbers in the quadratic formula are both blue and the letters are primary colors so I just remember that" XD

Okay... let's see...

I) Out of all my high school class mates, I was the only one capable to speak English decently.
II) I went to a private British high school, paid quite a bit of money for it, and had horrible marks.
III) I took Bagpipe lessons while in university. I had to quit when classes became too heavy.
IV) When I get 'drunk' on Pepsi, I can be quite weird and 'not me'. It's like another part of my brain takes over.
V) I'm a Napoleonic Wars reenactor, specifically a Grenadier in the Batallón de Voluntarios Urbanos Cántabros y Montañeses de Buenos Ayres.
VI) I have a Briquet sword, and it's so funny how people freak out when I swing it around. It's not even sharp, the edge is rounded.
VII) I'm a half-Brony. Kinda lost interest after Season 3 ended.
VIII) Last month I got my Spanish citizenship .
IX) I bloody hate night clubs.
X) I can enjoy a drink or two, but I never got drunk. I can't.
XI) I'm adopted.
XII) When I was a child, I developed somewhat of a phobia for big flying bugs. It only takes effect when I'm alone and inside small rooms.
XIII) According to my non reenactor friends, I have an awful music taste. Reenactors, on the other hand, share it.
XIV) I have a certain animosity towards the Captain in my reenactment unit. The guy's horrible talking to people, makes awful jokes and acts all bossy, even when we're off duty. I think I can do a better job, but alas, rank.

1) My name is Annabelle. My mom named me after the Edgar Allan Poe poem "Annabel Lee", but didn't like the original way it was spelled, so she changed it.
2) My middle name is Racquel, from the actress Raquel Welch. It's not purposely spelled different, my dad spelled it wrong while getting it on my birth certificate.
3) I plan on taking my wife's surname when I get married because my father is a homophobic ass-hat, and his father was ALSO a homophobic ass-hat, I don't want anything to do with them.
4) My parents got divorced when I was 3 years old and my dad pretty much abandoned me, so I was rasied entirely by a single mother until she remarried when I was 8.
5) I lived with my father in Florida for awhile back in 2013 in an attempt to get into public school (I'm homeschooled and HATE IT.) The result was CPS being called to my house by my Spanish teacher because of my anxiety, which my dad sure as hell didn't help by threating to take me back to Georgia, and being immediately sent back to Georgia.
6) While I was down there, I became close friends with my step-cousin and step-aunt. My step-cousin developed a crush for me and was disappointed to find out I was gay, but he got over it after awhile. My dad eventually broke up with my step-mom and I'm trying to contact them.
7) My dad thinks he's morally superior to me simply because he's a "Christian" while I'm an agnostic atheist. I'm no angel, but at least didn't bring an innocent baby into this world and abandon it.
8) I have bipolar disorder and some syptoms of OCD. I've never been disagnosed and take no medication or therapy.
