Warm weather led to the biggest spider I’ve ever seen on the kitchen floor less than a foot away from me. I tossed a mat over it and then stomped on every inch of that mat. It has to be dead, at least I really hope it’s dead. My skin won’t stop crawling.

Oh no! Have a cup of tea or a stiff drink.

That reminded me, two years ago I left my loft window open and the biggest spider I had ever seen was on the ceiling, it was hairy and I could see all of its eyes clearly. I just had to back away and let my eldest who loves everything crawly deal with it. If they hadn't been there I would have locked the door and never gone back in. To this day I won't open the windows in the loft unless I am there and sit in front of them. Now my skin is crawling.

Started seeing a therapist about a month ago. Last one (years ago) was great. But especially after today's session, GODSENT having a queer specializing therapist.

I finished my anxiety medication a few weeks ago and got still time until end of July to my psychiatrist appointment. I thought that maybe I could be without the medication and I felt okay too, but now I have noticed how my hands shake more (it took that away) and the shaking feeling inside is slowly coming back. Ever since I started living in fear of being abandoned, if my family finds out about me being male, the shaking inside started and intensified. Medication helped keep it under control. I'm also incredibly nervous, because it will be the first time meeting with my psychiatrist again, after I came out to him. I fear what he has to say after talking about it with a psychologist. I also need to discuss stuff with my GP and she may need to contact my psychiatrist and actually find out about what I've been dealing with and I don't trust or like my GP too much and have been considering changing her to another doctor.

I’m hoping my 3 hour unplanned nap doesn’t completely throw off my sleep cycle.

Convinced that I’m never not going to be tired, tiredness has become a constant struggle.

How much I am not really looking forward to training a new driver at work if they get hired. I dislike training people.

It's an odd feeling when you expect something bad to happen and then it just...doesn't. Or when you notice that you haven't had an intrusive thought in a while and the visual things that would usually cause such thoughts to occur no longer seem to trigger them. It's an almost empty feeling? Like something is off? Or when you keep waiting, expecting someone to stop you, to tell you that you're doing something wrong, but people just...trust you. That's not to say I don't mess up. I've also been feeling more comfortable in my body, it's unusual. Not that I'm complaining, it's just odd.

I hate making my own decisions, but I don't want someone else to make them for me either

My mother keeps suggesting we go see the movie of a book she loves. I haven’t read the book, I have no intention of ever reading the book and I don’t want to spend money to see a movie I have no interest in. No matter how much she tries to guilt trip me.

Very upset with the treatment and sentencing of Brittney Griner by the Russians - 9 years in prison.

They have turned back the clock on their fairly good progress in being accepted as a part of the international community - being able to travel, trade, etc.

They didn't win. Nobody will win. They wanted win-lose. It's going to be lose-lose.

When I was a kid it was cool when my uncle who is a priest flew over for his summer holiday and we had mass in our house. Now it’s a huge inconvenience when I haven’t attended mass in years and he’s coming for a visit. The only excuse I have is that he no longer remembers how to say mass in English ( he’s been in a different country for over 30yrs)and I don’t see the point of attending when you don’t speak the language.

I need to build up more confidence and just start doing the things I want to do, solo.

I get being adults makes things hard to plan and have time. But why always say we should hang out and seem super enthusiastic about certain plans then just stall it there? Even when I say whenever or offer a several specific dates?

Building up confidence it is I guess

Got my dog groomed and two hours later she’s covered in actual shit again. I don’t want to pet my dog because she stinks. I don’t care if she hates baths but the weather is good right now and I don’t want a shit covered dog so I’ll be dumping her in the bath tub tomorrow and spraying her down.

I've already done enough crying tonight but at the same time, I can't stop.
