soo, a few months back (yeah it has been months kinda crazy) I met someone in one of my classes. We get along great, joke around all the time and she is quite the flirty person. So without really realising it I fell for her, which is great, but I think she is straight. Eventhough she makes flirty jokes and is quite the physical person (nothing crazy just a lot of contact like touching my hair/arms etc) I think she isn´t into girls. She implied being an Ally a few times now, leaving me not knowing what to do. Anyone got any tips? I can definitely use any help!
Does she know you’re gay? Maybe lightheartedly ask her if she knows any nice gay girls like her. She’ll either take this as you thinking she’s gay, in which case she’ll clarify whether she is or not and if so, you’ll have expressed your interest in her or she’s not and you’ll have your answer but also she’ll be a potential lead to actual gay girls. You might could ask a little bit about her dating history (if she’s ever dated women or wanted to) or just outright ask if she’s queer. Maybe lead with a conversation about a queer film or book or a queer artist you like.
