How can I keep getting support after turning 24-25 years old? Since the transition process can take a long time. I am waiting for a therapist. What about free online group support for after this certain age group? If anyone has any answers please let me know. Thank you.

I'm not qualified to advise on support or therapist but what I can offer is find a meditation group and grow meditation skills. Why? Meditation calms one down. In this case calm one down means, clear the brain of clutter thoughts. Good luck.

Sunnydayz.....Have you checked to see if there are any LGBTQ Support groups in your area? If so they often have information about local groups of different ages that get together at churches or meeting places. It would be worth your time to check this out! They may also have info about what therapists are available locally and which ones are LGBTQ Friendly.
