    I don't think it matters anymore, this will be something we'll have to live with permenantly just like we do with the flu every year.

    It's annoying but unfortunately that is the case.

    I’ve had the vaccine and the booster and I’ll get as many as needed. They weren’t fun but neither is covid. We’ve gone this long without anyone in my immediate family getting it. Masks are no longer compulsory in my country but most people still wear them anyway. My mother said the newest one is more contagious but less severe and the vaccine is supposed to also lessen the severity. I’m not scared of it but I’m scared of passing it on to others.

    All of this also applies to me. I don't think I've gotten Covid - and I've had a few tests - unless it was with no symptoms at all.

    I want to wait at least 6 months for that second booster.

    Ugh. I haven't looked into specific variants, but numbers in my State are going up again after having been in real decline for a while. :/
