I'm genuinely curious. Can a trans man who has had bottom surgery get someone pregnant? I admit that I'm less educated than I would like to be on trans stuff, but I'm still learning.

A female to male who has had reassignment surgery will still lack the testicles that are required to produce sperm. I can't see why medically speaking it won't one day be possible as genetics, technological and medical sciences become more advanced.

It right now has never been tested I don't think, it does not mean in the future that the surgery could never be done but if surgeons try to figure out to do then it is a 50-50 chance that maybe it could get done.

reignalpha17.....When someone who is FtM has bottom surgery, the best that the surgeons can do is to give them a penis that they can urinate through. So they not only do not have any actual testicles, there are none of the mechanisms necessary for a transman to be able to actually impregnate a female. Perhaps in the future, surgeons will be able to either create male sexual organs from surrounding tissue or to transplant the sexual organs from a donor to another person. However, that is something that is not likely to happen anytime soon.
