    Thank you. Mentally not well at all. The uncomfortable feeling inside, bothers me a lot, but can't really do anything about it for now. I do have a psychiatrist appointment soon.

    Ah so sorry to hear you feel mentally unwell, when we're low we find ourselves feeling confused and trapped about anything it could be over something small like a spill of a cup of tea. Are you wanting to go into to detail about it or you don't have to i want to try and make sure i am hearing you correctly and i will try give you as much help as possible.

    It's a bit of a long story. I have talked about it in this forum before as well, but to keep it short: I am a 30 year old, who is female at birth, but I don't feel inside as a female. My soul is male. When I discovered my true self, then I felt a sense of euphoria and everything fell into place. Like it is meant to be. I feel strong desire to come out, every day and start living as my true self, but my fears stop me and cause distress (anxiety, panic attacks) and dysphoria makes me feel uncomfortable in my own body and dysmorphia means, that I pretty much hate my female body. I am not the best at explaining things. I could go way more into detail, but the post would be too long and don't want to make it too confusing.

    aw I am so sorry to hear that. Big hugs big big hugs. I agree I suffered with a eating disorder and it made my life so messed up because i was figuring out what gender i was. well done for saying n telling me well done you.

    Maybe it would help, if you tell why do you feel like you are lesbian instead of bi? Sometimes, writing out your thoughts, helps you understand yourself more. I have written a bunch of letters to myself and it has helped.
