Looking for help to understand how I can come to terms with realising I am not straight.

    Sounds like the therapy has really helped you! Well done, as I don’t think it’s easy to move on from these types of situation.

    With the new women in your life, I think you should you go with the flow. Enjoy yourself and see what happens, without putting any pressure on yourself. I think the fact that your heart skips a beat when you hear from her is probably a good sign though :slight_smile:

    It is always important to remember where you came from. It is easy to get caught up with how things could be better or what still needs to happen but taking a moment to remember how far you have already come and really help.
