    Pretty good so far! The kids have an ice skating competition this weekend so spent a few hours at the rink. It's always a good time. Now errands and avoiding insane drivers!!

    Got my dog groomed for the first time in a while. I can wash her myself but I prefer paying someone to avoid the dripping wet dog racing around my house. So today is good.

    Not great.

    I went for a walk before after briefly crying (stress and frustration with work) and when I sat down I was approached by a stranger. She wanted to check if I was OK. We had a brief conversation and I feel a little better now.

    Met up with family I haven’t seen for a while the weather was great and we had lunch sitting outside a restaurant. The food wasn’t great but I liked seeing my cousins. They aren’t loud people so aren’t as irritating as some people. We all got ice cream cones and I didn't get a stomach ache like usual so it was a good day.

    Frustrating and extremely hot! Not one of those everything that could go wrong days but one of those where a little part of something went wrong all day. Just enough to make a very hot day worse

    Crappy. Broke down completely over my friend. Told her I wish things could get back to normal in a nutshell. I just miss her so much....

    It was at extremes. From not being to get out of bed because I was so sad to being on top of the world to now getting sad again... Nights are hard though with an aching heart... And a headache....
