Hello! I'm 40, female, and due to a severe anxiety disorder, I've never dated anyone, of either gender. I don't know my orientation, though I'm guessing bisexual/pan, but it's kinda hard to figure out since I've never dated. I did try and "choose" to be straight for a while, but that really didn't work lol. I guess I have a lot of questions, and a lot of things to sort through, and I'm just looking for a place where I can talk to others who have gone thru similar things.

Hey @ShyBirdy. You can ask yourself questions in terms of who you are attracted to rather than who you have dated. Like are you attracted to both men and women, or are you attracted to someone regardless of their gender? You can always ask your questions in a forum depending on its category or even anonymously. People are always here to give you some insight. Check out the forums. They are really a nice place to chat. You can always post your story and people that relate (or don't) will respond.

Hey guys you're making me feel prehistoric at 70 years old! I always joke that I'm about 22 years old in my head!
