I’m always here to listen, not very far in my transition but I’m a decent listener I suppose.

I do not use that label but I am a woman who was AMAB. Something more than "I need to talk" might be helpful.

You can be a Trans woman, not want to medically transition, and still be as valid as someone who does just want HRT or does want to go all the way.

I have lived full time as a woman for over 15 years. I have been on hormones for 3 decades but have not had vaginoplasty.

How is my life going? That is a very big question. I am simply a woman who has good days and bad days. I am certainly happier and more comfortable living as my true self than I ever was pretending to be male. Even though it has meant numerous severe difficulties: being shunned by family, hate crimes, discrimination, etc.

How long have you felt like this, Jake? Has this been a sudden revelation or has it been in the back of your head for a while?

these is a very large umbrella as most will say, consisting of many varieties and of course there are different routes and no time frame to move through
