Hey y'all! Someone recommended I watch Queer Eye. What are your thoughts on the show? Who's the target audience? I know there are queers on the show, but is this a show FOR queers or a show WITH queers? Or both Thanks!
While I think it's a fun little show, I've only watched a few episodes here and there when my bf/friends wanted to watch it anyway. 95% of the show is superficial "make overs" in terms of living space, wardrobe, and cooking. The 5% is deep covering tougher subjects. I'd say it is for LGBT people by LGBT people, but has gone mainstream so a variety of people watch it!
