Yeah. I can read French really well. But the pronunciation has been a struggle. My accent is so northern and all.... It’s easier to speak French then it is for southerners here, but still not easy. My grandfather on my mom’s side is fluent in French and was raised speaking it. And my dad is mainly French too,

Used to be Phoenix90, since I freakin love those shiny firebirds!. But I turned into Ram90 a while ago. Ram is the part of my name I identify the most with, since first-born sons in my family have had "ram" as a part of their names for 5 generations now, so it makes me feel connected with my ancestors.. 90 represents my birth year, 1990.

My username kinda just states me as of now. Shy, coming from my nature of being an introvert while no one I know is around, and still being closeted to almost everyone. And Steve; what my friends call me, which is just short for Stephen. I was contemplating using my Xbox username, but I decided that it wasn’t a good idea, and that I’d probably look stupid

It's a feminized version of my name. (No relation to Star Trek)

My name had to be changed when some crap happened with my ex wife... but I chose I’m still standing because when I was sitting in my moms living room crying my eyes out she said something and it reminded me of the song... and I thought ok that’s kinda goals!

Honestly, it was a pen name I was considering at the time. I hadn't told anyone the pen name, and at the time I wanted this account to be totally anonymous (aka no way nosey friends/school people could find it). But I was also like 15 and dramatic when I made this account, now I'm 22 haha.

Had space and the nature of the universe in mind after having recently read a book by Carlo Rovelli. Mostly the thought that it's all finite but still seems impossibly "vast" from our humble blip of a planet. Considered using "Finite" but felt that might come off pessimistic.

It's two nicknames for my favorite actor Toshiro Mifune: "The Shogun" and "The Wolf", okami being Japanese for wolf. He's starred in my favorite director's movies Akira Kurosawa who made my favorite movie of all time Seven Samurai. Plus, I'm weeb for Japan, their culture, history, language, & all, plus I do like samurais and wolves. So, it's everything I like in one cool name.

Nice. I watched Seven Samurai for the first time last month and was amazed by how well it held up. Great film. I intend to check out more of Kurosawa's films some time soon.

I think of life, and my life, as the idea behind "Man on Wire" and "The Walk," which are about the tightrope artist from France who has walked across between some high places. Just thinking of him doing that makes my palms sweat. Life challenges feel like that for me sometimes and I know others can feel that way, too.

Kind of cheesy, but "db" are my initials, and the other day, my wife referred to me as "her friend Bri". lol I thought it was cute so I combined the two.

My infant teacher cast me as Peterpan when I was 6. Perhaps she could see something I didn't see for the next 34 years...

One of my friends has trouble pronouncing my name so he just calls me "Silver", and it sort of stuck with me. (Especially since it's gender neutral.) And I have no idea where 101 came from I just sorta came up with it.

Well I didn't want a username I used anywhere else, and I've been really interested in space and stars lately.

    Supernova? Boring.
    Hypernova? MORE EXTREME

"dead" because i have this weird thing where every 2-ish years i completely disappear from the internet for like, 6 months (so far i'm 13 months strong in regards to my social media presence!) , and also because the first time this happened, i also was extremely suicidal, and my friends genuinely thought i died until i sprang back up 3 months later from my 3ds. "seal" because my fursona has been a seal since i was 9! real ogs remember doctor wonkybelly, the wacky doctor seal in animal jam whos credentials are *definitely* forged.

it was orginally "dead-seal" but EC said that was illegal :frowning2:

I went to a "create a username" site, entered a bunch of my interests and characteristics. It presented me with about 20 possibilities and I hit "keep trying" several times. Out of the 100 or so that I saw this one seemed best so QuietPeace is what I am using.

    edited to add:
This was a way of making certain that my username was unique to any site. Though I have very few accounts anywhere. I do not have a social media presence.
