When I try to masturbate I get no pleasure. It makes me feel uncomfortable. I am scared to inster anything. I might be doing it all wrong.

You don’t have to insert anything, it’s completely possible to achieve an orgasm externally using the clitoris. If you don’t know where that is look it up. Try a vibrator if you want to. Also you don’t have to masturbate if you don’t like it, don’t do it. There are also some sites that may give you ideas on what to try if you really want to masturbate. I don’t think there’s a wrong way to masturbate as long as what you are doing feels good.

Are you using a vibrator? If not, that’s what I’d recommend. Also, plenty of lube. Like Loves books said, you don’t need to insert anything to experience orgasm. Clitoral orgasms are more common than vaginal ones, I believe.

I've been with women who masturbate 4 times a day, and with women who get nothing out of masturbation. YMMV.

    Some tips:
    • Your arms, hands, and fingers will get tired, which will affect your ability to orgasm. Try using suction-cup dildos and vibrator wands. Just remember to add a decent amount of lube.
    • There are many parts of your body that may need stimulation. Not just your vagina, but your nipples, clitoris, and ass. Sometimes, as you're building up to an orgasm, try stimulating those other areas to see if you get an increase of buildup.
    • Try different body positions. Laying down on your back, laying down on your belly, sitting up, etc.
    • Add external non-direct stimulus. Light your candles in a dark room while on your bed with very soft pillows and blankets. Maybe try while in a warm bath. Watch porn, etc.
