You're a virgin until you have sex. Doesn't matter what sexual orientation or gender identity you are.
Different people have different ideas what "sex" is. I consider oral/anal/hand job all sex. If somebody asked, I'd just say the age for whatever happened first.
It depends. Some people consider something like hand job or mutual masturbation as losing your virginity while others would say that you're a virgin until you do anything anal. It's up to your own interpretation.
I haven't engaged in anal penetration to date (Neither giving nor taking), so I consider myself a virgin, even though I've done most of the other stuff.
