I am a AFAB genderqueer teen, who is planning to come out to my parents (Don't worry, I know that they are accepting, and that they will not hurt me or kick me out)
Since I am AFAB, I don't look the part of being genderqueer, which makes me dysphoric and stressed that people will still call me 'she/her.' Cutting my hair is not an available option because my parents believe that women should have long hair, not short hair. All of my clothes are mostly on the feminine side, because my parents think I am a girl. The only real gender neutral item I have is a beanie.
How does one look gender neutral in this situation?

With luck, maybe after you come out to your parents they'll let you dress a bit more masculine. Other than that, I might suggest pinning/tucking your hair underneath your beanie. Good luck!
