I just had an amazing 2nd date with a guy. We went downtown looking at all the art studios. He told me in the beginning he wouldn't break the touch of barrier unless I initiated or made it clear I wanted to be touched. He's so respectful and cared about how I felt. I told him about my PTSD and triggers and he was great about it. It's not something I like to tell people but I wanted to be honest. He made me feel really good. He kept checking in with me making sure I was ok and giving consent. That really means a lot to me. This was.our second date but the first time for me to date after the divorce. Its worth it. After being with someone who treated me so bad it's nice to know that there are others who won't. It was great. I think I'm going to sleep really good because I'm so relaxed.
