If you pick a name that starts with a J, you could be a TJ
    Theodore Josiah
    Theodore Jackson
A double T name would be cute, too
    Theo or Theodore Tyrone
    Theodore Tristen
Teddy can be a nickname for Theodore, so Teddy " " seems to be equally complementing.

    Theodore Wilhelm

And yes, I know all three have the same base name.

You can go all double-Roosevelt and be "Theodore Franklin" (after former US presidents Theodore and Franklin Roosevelt).

I'm planning on giving myself some crazy middle names at dome point in the future. Middle names give you the opportunity to be a little outside the norm. I'm thinking of going with 'freedom dreamphoenix' for mine. Go a bit eccentric!

A lot of people go by the same initial as their given name(s), or a masculine/feminine alternative, or if there’s someone you look up to or admire, you could be “named after them”.

If you like more classic names you could consider:
    Aaron
    Charles
    Daniel
    David
    Ethan
    Henry
    Jack
    Jonathan (John)
    Luke
    Matthew
    Marcus
    Nathan

Another suggestion I just thought of is a masculine version of your original feminine name (if there is a masculine version). It could be a tribute of sorts to who you once were.
