I just wanted to share how hard it is to be bisexual. I used to think the gender of the person I'm seeing doesn't matter, but I feel that sometimes it does. I'm more emotionally comfortable with women, but I find men more attractive sexually. When I was with my ex-girlfriend, there would be moments when I missed being with men. Now that I have a boyfriend, I'd miss being with women and it seems like I'm more inclined to women lately. But I never act on it. How do other bisexuals deal with this?

I am also dealing with being Bisexual.
I've told a few people, and have had crushes with both genders but not serious relationships.
I am attracted to girls because they understand me better emotionally.
But I like boys because I just find them attractive for different reasons.
But currently I like girls more.
I think there is no easy explanation to how to deal with it,
But if you get to know the person you like or admire more it should be easier to deal with it.
    I hope this helps you.

I can relate. You just have to navigate through it and find what works for you. I joined a website for bisexual women recently and some women are in open relationships, committed relationships with either sex but find other outlets for their "other side", I find its helped me a lot. I'm married to a man and have been with him for 16 years and lately I have started to miss women a lot and it's just getting stronger. I'm feeling like a kinsey 4 or 5 in the last year.

I think I may end up in an open relationship with another woman where I can still sleep with men. You just have to live your life experimenting with your desires and find what works for you.

Wow, very interesting... It would be a dream to find people who would like a similar lifestyle here. I live in a very conservative country and my options for that would be very very slim, but seems like a very interesting lifestyle. Thanks for that

With time and therapy (although my bisexuality wasn't and isn't the main issue). Therapy gives me more insight in myself.

I made similar experiences. When being with a woman, most of the time i start to miss sexual contacts with men after the first passion is gone. But now that i am single and have had a few contacts with men, i am missing a woman very much. I one of these bisexuals that just enjoy Sex with men. With women i love sex and am very attracted to them for love and emotionally (relationship). It depresses me to see all these beautiful women around me but all are in relationships and i had no success with dating since 1 year. So no sexual contact with a woman since 13 months...miss that very very much :-(

With me, I think people see me and my somewhat feminine appearance and assume I must be gay.

I am married and I have close male friends. I am learning as I get older that love shows up in many ways.

My girlfriend and I belong to a group of like minded people. So we share and share alike.
