Rhythm thief & the emperor's treasure. First time I played it, couldn't finish the 'le getaway' without failing or pass with the lowest rank. WTH, it's pegi 6!??? After taking a break of 10 month I got it with a B. (\(>,<)/)
I gave up on the genocide run on Undertale (thanks, skeleton. Yeah, you!), but I replayed it on Pacifist and it is now one of the best games i have ever played.
Rage quitting is so rare for me that I can't recall the last time I did so. The closest thing I can think of to doing so only amounted to a temporary break in order to collect my bearings. Keep in mind that this is coming from someone who grew up on games like Megaman from my parents' old SNES, so I'm used to trial-and-error. Therefore, I don't get pissed at a game unless if it feels like the challenge is undertaken in a manner which can be described in the following words: cheap, unfair, and bullshit.
Rage quitting isn't something I usually do, if anything I just become bored with a game over time and eventually forget about it, which is honestly about 98% of my library. If I come across something difficult I usually work through it but I've been fortunate enough to never encounter a game that felt unfair to the degree I gave it up entirely.
I had mild anger issues as a kid, im over them now, but pretty much every single game i played that didnt go well for me. dont think i have really rage quitted in 4-5 years.
Octopath traveler, it’s not that hard but the final boss is ridiculously difficult. I fought it for over 3 hours and lost
assasin's creed 2, not because of anything hard about the game, but because i was playing in xbox, which had the most broken climbing control on the planet
I don't really ever rage-quit. An example, I'll play Flappy Bird on my calculator (yes) and when I get 22 and my high score is 22, it makes my heart stop for a second, but I don't get mad....
I usually rage quit when I play shooters or any FPS games online, only because I am no good at them. I'm more of an RPG player
Lots of sega genesis games... Tom and Jerry, Earthworm Jim, A Bug's Life... I don't rage quit though, I just quit when I think "okay this will be too hard for me".
