Hi I’m new to this whole thing. I’ve known I was bi since I was 15 and only recently came out to my religious family. They took it alright. It wasn’t exactly like they were kicking me out of the house but they weren’t completely supportive either. I know that I am pretty lucky though because there are people who have it a lot worse than me. I guess I’m trying this whole online forum thingy to talk to people who think like me. I live in a pretty small town so it’s not like there are a lot of people who I can talk to about this. Anyways I’m a 17 year old nerd who loves sci-fi and fantasy books and superhero shows.

Hello and welcome! It sucks that they aren't supportive but like you said, I suppose it could have been worse. I think you'll find it a bit easier to talk about those things in a community like this one since there are so many people going through the same thing. I hope you enjoy it here.
