I question my gender but my parents are not supportive of trans. They are supportive of gay, bi, ace, etc, but not gender identity. I'm scared that they will freak and not support me. I am a minor and honestly a coward when it comes with arguing with them so I can't do much. What should I do?!

Will your parents kick you out if they find out? If so, for safety reasons, it might not be best to tell them. Otherwise, I think you should bring it up not as an argument, but rather as a statement, telling them the situation but also expressing that this isn't something they can change. I wish you all the best and I hope your parents can find it in their hearts to be accepting and understanding even if they don't fully agree with you at first.
