    From the article:
    "Mr Perkins said he has been forced to live off “God’s provisions” following the flood."
    So it sounds like he blames the homosexuals for this specific flood that wiped his house out. That makes no sense, unless he things God can't do selective punishment, or maybe he's mad at the entire community for not fighting the gay agenda hard enough. Still, why Louisiana and not a more pro-lgbt place like San Francisco or Spain?
