    I went to not only my first pride event, but my local cities first pride event. It was pretty good but I couldn't stay for long and it was hammering down with rain; me and my boyfriend just ended up finding a cafe to hang about in, which was actually really nice I hadn't been in there before, and it was all gayed up and really cute.
    So yeah good experience would do again.

    I went to a smaller Pride festival last Saturday. It was the 10th annual Northern Kentucky Pride festival with the theme "Y'all Means All"! June 22 is the main Cincinnati Pride festival.

    Went to my first pride parade last weekend :slight_smile:

    Totally had a mental breakdown as soon as I got there, started crying behind some bushes and my partner had to take me home because I couldn't calm down but at least I went! Progress y'all

    Happy Pride everyone!
    I went to são paulo's LGBT parade this past weekend and it was an incredible event. Seeing 3 million people in one place fighting for the same thing made me really happy and hopeful that even our barbaric government can't really keep us down.

    I also went to my first pride event this year. I went to the one in Philly as I am not out yet and figured I would run into anyone I knew. It was a great time seeing and meeting a bunch of really awesome people. Felt great expressing the fact that I am gay and being proud. Next step is to attend next years pride event near my house!
