I'm a gay girl looking for friends and people who just want to chat and have good conversation. I'm kinda the awkward quiete type in real life. I kinda have trouble making friends, I have a few friends that I've known for a really long time but I've noticed the older I get the harder it gets. I guess I'm just awkward in my early thirties. I just don't know how to initiate and keep a conversation going. Lucky for me it's worse with women.
Like you, I'm the awkward, quiet type (in person, sometimes even online). I hate small talk, and generally steer clear of social situations where I don't know anyone except for one or two people. I don't like talking about myself to strangers, because I never know what to say. I'm not that interesting, don't have any hobbies currently and the only real interests I have is spending time with animals, or time on the couch in front of the tv, minding my own business and staying out of awkward conversations/situations. So yeah, I get you, lol. Just a quick note: This site does not allow the sharing of personal information that can be used to contact you off-site. So making "real-life" friends is not possible from this site unfortunately. But if you're looking for online buddies, then go right ahead and form as many friendships as possible, whilst adhering to the CoC (Code of Conduct).
