So I was doing homework and everything was fine. I was already sitting up and nothing changed, but suddenly the room started spinning. I’m not dehydrated, my blood sugar isn’t low, my blood pressure is fine, I don’t know of nothing that’s wrong. It’s been 5 minutes now. No change and it’s starting to make me nauseous. Help? What do I do? I tried laying down and drinking is me water but it’s not helping. I do have a minor cold but it hasn’t affected my hearing or ears at all. What’s causing this? It’s getting worse.

The inner ear could get infected and therefore make you dizzy, nauseated and imbalanced. Check a physician if it lasts more than a day or so. Typically, when it happens to me, it doesn't go away unless I take a course of antibiotics. There will be anti nausea meds over the counter as well as prescription. Best to consult a physician.

You could call your PCP or go to an urgent care or if its severe the ER to rule out any serious stuff
