tbh i feel like i'm in a constant state of stress which isn't ideal!! if you have any tips or tricks to become a more calm-minded person i would really appreciate it lol
My moment in life doesnt work for everyone but... "Fuck it, life goes on". Yes stressful times come and go but the constant stress of anxiety tend to go away for me.
I also have that problem. I find exersizing to be very helpful. I enjoy things as simple as running, taking a walk, or riding my bike.
