I don't have fashion sense whatsoever apparently. I need help so I can be more fashionable, and just out of curiousity how do you shape your eyebrows or wear nail polish without being found out, im not out to everyone yet, and I dont know what to do.

Pedicures are an easy and wonderful way to do this. Socks, right?
As a side note, I think everyone should get pedicures. Not only is it the most luxurious way to pamper yourself for the cost, it's also because feet can easily be gross, amirite?

clear nail polish can make you still feel polished but won't be as noticeable!
as for shaping your eyebrows, just start with tweezing very stray hairs. if you don't know what you're doing, you shouldn't jump in right away with this. but after a while when you're pretty sure you've got a basic idea of where to shape them, again; start slow. shape them a little bit and if you don't like it, stop. maybe even try and outline a shape you'd want on your face then tweeze outside it.

definitely agree with the socks idea ^^
other things like chapstick w a nice flavor or slight tint would be a good first step too, and you can easily wipe it off if there's a situation where you think it'd be better to not even risk outing yourself.
    good luck!

I've heard ankle bracelets are a good way
to feel fashionable without anyone noticing.
    Maybe a necklace with a gender-neutral thing
on it, like a shark's tooth, will go unnoticed.
