Emma Stone in "The Favourite". That is all. My god.

Sometimes, maybe this is for bisexual people in particular, I lose touch with my homosexuality for a bit - and then something happens and it comes back, raging. I know a common topic is "what made you realise your sexuality?" so I suppose this is me asking "what's reaffirmed it?"

(If your answer is "huh? I breathe rainbows, how dare you!" then that's totally valid too )

Once I had my epiphany there was never any real question of my sexuality--I do kinda breathe rainbows. But I still have those "G*d I'm gay!" moments. The one that comes to mind is this.

My husband and I were watching a movie, no idea what it was. Anyway there's this scene with an astonishingly beautiful woman in it. She's wearing some sort of very flowy robe and high heels and for some reason that probably had a great deal to do with the artistry of the shot and little to do with the plot there's a breeze on her. She walks forward over a wooden floor with the robe billowing all around her. Gradually it opens and eventually it actually blows right off her and she strides naked into the camera. Then it cuts to another scene.

There were about two beats and then my husband and I turned to each other and as one said: "Did you see those shoes?!"

Wow  Out of interest, were they like ridiculously high heels? I often do a double take that women can actually successfully wear them (magical creatures) - I love the way you write, by the way - there's something really witty about the way you string sentences together!

Hanging out with my roommate, his gf, and his straight male friend drinking on a patio last summer when this girl walks by in a long black dress with red Rose's on it.

Roommate's friend to roommate: Damn she is fine!
Me to roommate's gf: Omg why is she wearing that dress in June?

Probably the one that happens to me the most (not sure if its more being Demisexual or Gay/Bi.)

Straight male friends looking at and complimenting a women that has a ton of makeup on and is obviously trying too hard.
Me: I wonder how long it is going to take her to take off that foundation... Is she going to start with an ice scraper to get the main slabs off? Does she buy foundation by the 5 gallon bucket?

IDK, Maybe I am just crazy :fearful:

A couple years ago shortly after I started coming out, I was selling one of my old vehicles and the two guys that showed up to buy it were so attractive I could hardly contain myself.
In my mind I was thinking “wow I really am quite gay”. They made my heart race.
Plus they were car guys like myself so that earns instant points with me.

Yeah, I know exactly what you are talking about. I lived in homestead for awhile with an Ex, and it would be everyone was dark tan and . I'm going to jump over to the car thread!
